What we collect. Fishy Whales has no accounts and collects no personal information. Your watchlist is stored only in your own browser (localStorage) and never leaves your device. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp) for security and operations, retained briefly.
Advertising. If ads are shown, they are served by third parties (such as Google AdSense) that may use cookies or similar technologies to personalize ads. Those practices are governed by the ad provider’s own privacy policy, and you can opt out of personalized advertising in your Google settings.
Data sources. All portfolio and trading content on this site comes from public government filings (SEC EDGAR, House and Senate disclosure systems).
